These sessions are intended to support networking among supervisors of staff, introduction of HR team members and their role in support of employee success, and information and training on policies, procedures and resources available to you. New Employee Orientation (NEO)
The purpose of this program is to provide an overview of the College, which includes its mission, structure, long range goals, communication processes, as well as its policies and procedures. Attending this orientation session is beneficial and will answer many questions about the inner workings of Skidmore. The design of the program enables new employees to explore life at Skidmore through a variety of departmental presentations.
